ديلر — سياسة الخصوصية والشروط والأحكام Dealer — Privacy Policy & Terms and Conditions dealeruae.com · support@dealeruae.com ============================================================ سياسة الخصوصية آخر تحديث: 11 سبتمبر 2026 1. مقدمة • تطبيق «ديلر» منصة لعرض إعلانات السيارات والدراجات والشاحنات وقطع الغيار في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. نحترم خصوصيتك، وتوضح هذه السياسة ما نجمعه من بيانات وكيف نستخدمه ونحميه. 2. البيانات التي نجمعها • بيانات الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، والإمارة. رقم الجوال اختياري: لا نطلبه لإنشاء الحساب ولا للتصفح ولا لنشر إعلان، ونعرضه فقط إذا أضفته أنت ليتصل بك المشترون. عند التسجيل عبر Apple أو Google نستلم من المزوّد اسمك وبريدك (ومن Google رابط صورة الملف الشخصي دون عرضها في التطبيق). • إذا أضفت رقم جوالك فهو يظهر لكل مستخدمي التطبيق (بمن فيهم الضيوف) في إعلاناتك وفي صفحة معرضك حتى يتمكنوا من التواصل معك (اتصال أو واتساب). إذا لم تنشر إعلانًا فلا يُعرض رقمك في أي مكان في التطبيق. • الإعلانات والصور: ما تنشره من إعلانات وصور يظهر علنًا لجميع مستخدمي التطبيق، وتُضاف علامة مائية باسم التطبيق على الصور لحماية الحقوق. • رسائل الدعم والبلاغات: ما ترسله لفريق الدعم أو تبلّغ عنه من إعلانات. • المشتريات: نحتفظ برقم معاملة Apple لكل عملية شراء داخل التطبيق. لا نطّلع على بيانات بطاقتك إطلاقًا؛ الدفع يتم عبر Apple بالكامل. 3. كيف نستخدم البيانات • لتشغيل التطبيق فقط: عرض إعلاناتك، تمكين المشترين من التواصل معك، الرد على استفساراتك، ومنع إساءة الاستخدام. • لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع جهات إعلانية أو طرف ثالث لأغراض تسويقية. 4. التخزين والحماية • تُخزَّن البيانات لدى مزوّد الخدمة Supabase على خوادم مشفّرة أثناء النقل، ويصل إليها فريق التطبيق فقط. • الإيميلات ترسل من نطاق التطبيق dealeruae.com. 5. حقوقك • تقدر تعدّل بياناتك في أي وقت من صفحة «حسابي». • تقدر تحذف حسابك وكل إعلاناتك وصورك نهائيًا من داخل التطبيق: حسابي ← حذف الحساب نهائيًا. • تقدر تحظر أي بائع أو تبلّغ عن أي إعلان مخالف. 6. الأطفال • التطبيق موجّه للبالغين (18 سنة فأكثر) ولا نجمع بيانات الأطفال عن قصد. 7. التواصل • لأي استفسار حول الخصوصية: support@dealeruae.com أو من خلال تذاكر الدعم داخل التطبيق. ------------------------------------------------------------ الشروط والأحكام آخر تحديث: 11 سبتمبر 2026 1. القبول • باستخدامك تطبيق «ديلر» أو إنشاء حساب فيه فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. إذا لم توافق فلا تستخدم التطبيق. 2. الأهلية والحساب • يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 سنة فأكثر. • أنت مسؤول عن صحة بياناتك وعن سرية رمز الدخول، وعن كل ما يتم من حسابك. • رقم الجوال اختياري تمامًا: لا يُطلب لإنشاء الحساب ولا لنشر إعلان. إذا أضفته يظهر في إعلاناتك ليتصل بك المشترون (اتصال أو واتساب)، وتقدر تحذفه بأي وقت من «حسابي». 3. الإعلانات • يُسمح فقط بالإعلان عن سيارات ودراجات وشاحنات وقطع غيار نظامية تملكها أو مخوّل ببيعها. • يجب أن تكون المعلومات والصور صحيحة وتخص السلعة نفسها. يُمنع الإعلانات المضللة، والمكررة، والسلع المسروقة أو الممنوعة، والمحتوى غير اللائق. • الإعلان يظهر لمدة شهر من تاريخ النشر، ويمكن تجديده أو تمييزه مقابل رسوم. • يحق لإدارة التطبيق إيقاف أو حذف أي إعلان مخالف، وتعليق أو حذف الحساب المخالف دون إشعار مسبق. 4. الرسوم والدفع • رسوم نشر الإعلان وتمييزه تُدفع عبر الشراء داخل التطبيق من Apple وفق الأسعار المعروضة وقت الشراء. • الرسوم غير قابلة للاسترداد بعد نشر الإعلان أو تمييزه، إلا ما تقرره Apple وفق سياستها. 5. دور التطبيق • «ديلر» منصة عرض ووسيط بين البائع والمشتري فقط، وليس طرفًا في أي عملية بيع أو شراء. • لا نضمن صحة الإعلانات أو حالة السلع أو جدية الأطراف، وأي اتفاق أو دفع يتم بين المستخدمين على مسؤوليتهم الكاملة. ننصح بالمعاينة والفحص قبل الدفع وعدم تحويل أي مبالغ مقدمًا. 6. الحقوق والعلامة المائية • تحتفظ بحقوقك في الصور التي ترفعها وتمنح التطبيق ترخيصًا بعرضها داخل التطبيق. • تُضاف علامة مائية باسم «ديلر» على الصور للحد من إعادة استخدامها خارج التطبيق. يُمنع نسخ محتوى التطبيق أو الإعلانات أو الصور لأي منصة أخرى دون إذن. 7. السلوك الممنوع • يُمنع الاحتيال، وانتحال الشخصية، والإزعاج، والتحايل على الرسوم، ومحاولة الوصول غير المصرح به للنظام، ونشر بيانات الآخرين. 8. حدود المسؤولية • يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو». لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي خسارة أو ضرر ناتج عن التعامل بين المستخدمين أو عن انقطاع الخدمة. 9. التعديلات • قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، وسيُعرض التاريخ المحدّث هنا. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق يعني قبولك للتحديث. 10. القانون والتواصل • تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. • للتواصل: support@dealeruae.com أو تذاكر الدعم داخل التطبيق. ============================================================ Privacy Policy Last updated: September 11, 2026 1. Introduction • Dealer is a classifieds platform for cars, motorcycles, trucks and spare parts in the United Arab Emirates. We respect your privacy; this policy explains what we collect, how we use it and how we protect it. 2. Data we collect • Account data: name, email and emirate. A phone number is optional: it is not required to create an account, to browse, or to publish an ad. We show it only if you choose to add it, so buyers can contact you. When you sign in with Apple or Google we receive your name and email from the provider (and from Google a profile-picture link that the app does not display). • If you add a phone number, it is visible to all app users (including guests) on your ads and on your showroom page so they can contact you (call or WhatsApp). If you never publish an ad, your number is not displayed anywhere in the app. • Ads and photos: anything you post is visible to all users. A watermark with the app name is added to photos to protect rights. • Support messages and reports you send. • Purchases: we keep the Apple transaction ID of each in-app purchase. We never see your card details; payment is handled entirely by Apple. 3. How we use it • Only to operate the app: display your ads, let buyers reach you, answer your questions and prevent abuse. • We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers or third parties for marketing. 4. Storage and security • Data is stored with our provider Supabase, encrypted in transit and accessible only to the app team. • Emails are sent from the app domain dealeruae.com. 5. Your rights • Edit your details at any time from the Account page. • Permanently delete your account, ads and photos from within the app: Account → Delete account. • Block any seller or report any listing. 6. Children • The app is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect children's data. 7. Acceptance • By using the Dealer app or creating an account you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. 2. Eligibility and account • You must be 18 years or older. • You are responsible for the accuracy of your details, the confidentiality of your password, and all activity on your account. • A phone number is entirely optional: it is not required to create an account and not required to publish an ad. If you add one, it is shown on your ads so buyers can call or WhatsApp you, and you can remove it at any time from the Account page. 3. Listings • Only legal cars, motorcycles, trucks and spare parts that you own or are authorised to sell may be listed. • Information and photos must be accurate and belong to the item itself. Misleading or duplicate ads, stolen or prohibited goods, and inappropriate content are forbidden. • An ad is shown for one month from posting and can be renewed or featured for a fee. • The app team may suspend or delete any violating ad and suspend or delete the violating account without prior notice. 4. Fees and payment • Posting and featuring fees are paid through Apple in-app purchase at the prices shown at the time of purchase. • Fees are non-refundable once the ad is posted or featured, except as decided by Apple under its own policy. 5. Role of the app • Dealer is a listing platform and intermediary between seller and buyer only, and is not a party to any sale. • We do not guarantee the accuracy of ads, the condition of items or the seriousness of parties. Any agreement or payment between users is at their own risk. Inspect before paying and never transfer money in advance. 6. Rights and watermark • You keep the rights to the photos you upload and grant the app a licence to display them inside the app. • A “Dealer” watermark is added to photos to limit reuse outside the app. Copying app content, ads or photos to any other platform without permission is prohibited. 7. Prohibited conduct • Fraud, impersonation, harassment, circumventing fees, unauthorised access attempts, and publishing other people's data are prohibited. 8. Limitation of liability • The app is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from dealings between users or from service interruption. 9. Changes • We may update these terms from time to time; the updated date is shown here. Continued use means you accept the update. 10.
